If I had to bet right now, I would say another 7-5 season. I'm sure by August the kool-aid will change my mind to 9-3.

at Iowa - L

at OSU - L
vs OU - L
vs KSU - W
at TCU - L
vs BU - W
at TX - L
vs WV - W

I think this is as good of a guess as anything. Really depends on what happens with the OL. Are there better, more physical guys that are going to step up and actually control the LOS? I don't see it being a 5 win season unless the wheels really fall off.

7-5 again. O-line is going to struggle a ton, especially at the start of the season

I hate to be THAT guy, but doesn’t this comment assume we improve throughout the year?

I don’t see that happen often here.

In all honesty, I’m optimistic. We were in every game, other than the bowl game. Just tighten up the obvious and manageable.

7-5, 5-7, or 10-3. Any of those are possibilities. That’s how tight of margins we’ll have. Even this year, almost lost to UNI and almost beat Baylor, OU, & Iowa.

With the losses on the OL and DL, I’m predicting a 6-6 season. In 2021, I’m predicting a 9-3 season.

I was thinking of a different way -

How will Big XII finish?

OU
Baylor

KSU
OSU

Texas
ISU
TCU
TTU
WVU
Kansas

Each grouping will be pretty close

To me that is the problem has CMC has lost the momentum within the conference to KSU. Maybe he can get it back, if he is good he will get it back. The talent is there or on the way to do better.

I am going to try to avoid all of the preseason media (especially the Rag) hype bs next year, and pre and post game spin and just watch the games and see what develops. Hope I can do that

Could also see a loss at TCU, and if Rhule leaves I could pencil in Baylor at home as a win. Tossups will be Iowa, OSU, K-State and TCU

A win at Iowa while they're starting the post-Stanley era would do wonders at setting the tone for the season, but I can't pick us to win until Campbell proves he can beat the Hawks
