Think I'll skip the meltdown for the most part and just give the Panther gals a tip of my hat. They played smart and inspired basketball tonight. They WON convincingly.

Agreed. UNI played a very great game.

I was just hoping we weren't going to see the same old broken stuff this year, so I think I will need to adjust my expectations for this team. They will be fine and win a lot of games - especially in a very weakened Big 12 conference.

But tonight all the credit goes to UNI for their game plan and poise and execution on the court.

He has done amazing things and I love his players, but he is fairly free of criticism from anyone with a pen or microphone and I don't get it.

The announcers were actually quite good. Considering they are the UNI crew they spent half the game talking abut ISU.

I didn't get to see the 2nd half tonite, but previous games plus the 1st half tonight I have not been impressed with Audi's offense down low

Giving space to a player who averages 23 ppg, put up 30 on your head last year and 22 the year before (3 of her best career games in terms of points are against ISU) is a hell of a decision.

Not getting her in an ISU uniform was a mistake. My guess is she wanted to be a Clone and was not given an opportunity since she stared him down after every make
