Can't believe so many people are jumping off the LJ bandwagon. He's a true freshman. He will grow up and mature. Don't give up on LJ, he's a great talent. Rahshan Parker had that stupid personal foul in 06 @ Texas and he's grown up from that day. The same maturation process will happen with Leonard. I'm very happy to have that young man in Ames. He made a mistake tonight and he will pay for it.
I didn't mean to say that he SHOULD be gone, and I'm definitely on the bandwagon.
I think he's a tremendous talent.
I really hope he can learn from this and turn into an amazing player, and I think he can.
He just needs to learn in no uncertain terms where the line is and to not cross it, and that there are consequences for doing so. I think it was clear tonight that we can still play fairly well without him, but we are a better team with him.
We NEED him on the field, and he needs to learn how to play out there and stay out there. And that means not knocking himself out of games with stupid PFs.
