Someone should do the leg work and figure it out per capita.

Complicating this more, you'd probably want to divide that by the population of high school seniors in each state a few years ago and not simply by overall population.

Just high school males. While there are a handful of females playing it isn't a big factor in it.*

*Daughter has a couple of former teammates that were backup kickers on their respective football team.
