Anybody? This is a good team, but can't win on the road or a neutral court. I'm very nervous for the Big 12 tourney and the NCAA Tourney.

Just a team full of players who all think they're hot ****.

Take a 10 point lead because we play like a team, then all the sudden, we have no help defense, and our offense is at a stand still and we just jackup whatever we want to.

That thread calling it Heroball is 100% correct. This team has so many moments where (and it's not just one player) they all decide to put the game in their own hands, and it ****s everything up.

can't afford to play a ton of help defense against a good 3-point shooting team like this. Our inability to defend their big men 1v1 seems to be the biggest weakness of this team.

That WV gave me false hope of being a good road team. I was wrong.

We don't shoot free throws, can't defend a rocking chair, can't rebound, can't win on the road, and vocally admit we look past teams.

What's to worry about?

Bryce is the offense killer.......something about the way he turns it over just takes the air out of the team and gives the other teams 5, 6, 7, point runs on us after one of his crappy shots or turnovers. ug.

This team has just tonight played themselves into a second round NCAA tourney date with Duke on the "neutral" court of Charlotte, N.C......and I don't really feel sorry for them after seeing this **** poor free throw shooting and ***** defense.

It'll be ok, but nights like this one suck.

"Nights like this one suck" seems to happen pretty much every time we play on the road in the Big 12 (except WVU). It's a pattern, and it's a problem. Same with neutral court games this year. I would not be surprised if we get matched up with a three point shooting team in the first round and we get bounced ala 2001. This is a Johnny Orr type team. Great at home. No defense. Suck a@@ on the road.

They took a 10 point lead because they shot out of their minds in the first half. The fact they were only up 10 being as hot as they were spelled trouble all the way. Those shots stopped falling, but they didn't clean up the rest of their game, hence a blowout.

I'm as big a Hoiberg-believer as anyone, but this team's inability to consistently play defense is irritating.

team is a 15-20th team. People have too high of expectations, hence melting down after losing to a better team than ISU on the road.
