According to the ESPN.com gamecast, ISU freshman defensive back Drenard Williams (also #7) is having a helluva game for us at quaterback.

D looks really really really BAD. Oh man TEXAS would score 100 on us.

That was a 1st year mid major quarterback who just marched 97 yards on our defense.

Our secondary better get up to speed quickly, they sure are not sounding like they are ready for the Big 12. I know it is early and Toledo only has what 99 yards, but we sure are having trouble with all of these little dink passes that the Rockets are throwing out there. Anyway...Go Clones!

the 2 point conversion was complete crap.. we blocked the extra point then we ran by the ball, 1 player even touched it.. and then toledo picked it up and fell into the endzone.. it was horrible.. absolutly horrible

offense looking alright.. we prolly should have 21 without the fumble.. defense looks average.. they don't look scared or anything, just look young.

Unfortunatley I'm listening to the game on KMA's webcast, so I'm not sure how the D looks, but they sure are not sounding too positive. Just got to keep the faith, and Go Clones!

in all honesty, i believe the D is better than most people thought they would be going into this game... after some experience i think they'll be clicking

i'm pretty satisfied with the offense at this point as well.. special teams needs some work with the conversion issue mentioned above and for some reason the punter dropped the snap on that punt.. luckily toledo had too many players on the field
