Wagner's lawyer just needs to say his client was concerned the guy was a TERRORIST and the smoke was a poison gas. So he decided to risk his life and save 60k people.

Could say his client is an avid Tom Clancy reader, 24 show fan, etc, etc.

Sounds like he was a protestor for a group similar to neo terrorist group, the Coalition for the Liberation of Itinerant Tree-Dwellers, except this guy was into piggies.

Not that I agree with it, but am I the only one who thinks Wagner could lose money in this? I feel like I’ve heard stories where people’s homes are broken into and then they are sued because the person who broke into the home fell on loose flooring and broke an arm.

Lol, this is ‘merica. Wagner could have pulled out a gun and shot him Last Boy Scout style and not get into trouble.

Many times it depends what state it happens in.
