She's doing some WWE Backstage a talk show that will air on Tuesday nights on FS1.

From what I’ve read she’ll have some role in SmackDown as well. What it is nobody's sure of yet.

I for one agree that Nigel McGuinness should replace Jerry Lawler. Vic Joseph and McGuinness have great chemistry together on NXT UK. In fact, the going rumor is that’s exactly what will happen down the line.

Tom Phillips is currently in a “backstage” role. It’s widely rumored that in the near future he’ll be replacing Michael Cole on SmackDown in a virtual role swap.

I really liked the set last night,

However, they need to fix the pyro setup, It was kinda awkward for Alexa, AJ should have pyro, and Becky's pyro looked kinda weird.

Lesnar wrecked Dom hard last night, dunno if he's actually signed or not, could Rey interfere on Friday? There's been some SD leaks and there's new vignettes, Rey's among them.

I’ll be tuning into the AEW premier on TNT tonight much to the wife’s displeasure. Anyone else tuning in? If it’s anything like the little I’ve seen of their PPV shows, I don’t have high hopes for the show, but I’m giving it a go and hoping for the best.

I was really excited to watch NXT tonight, but I am already glued to AEW.

Great production, set, announcers. Look out WWE, these guys might have some juice.

Oh hell yeah I'm watching. Hearing Tony Schiavone on a TNT wrestling broadcast feels so right. It's like I've gone back in time.

Halfway through it’s been exactly what I’ve wanted WWE to be for years. WWE is so sanitized compared to this. Promos don’t feel forced at all and the wrestling has been very good.

AEW has it going on so far. I just hope that having so much wrestling on each week won't cause me to burnout.

So far I thought the Cody match went on too long and the beat down by Jericho at the end was also way too long. I thought the way they booked the MJF match was perfect. He’s the best heel by far in the business and he plays a heel like an old school heel would. He is ******* amazing. WWE will be snatching him up as soon as they can with a big contract after his run here. The Adam Page vs Pac match was great but probably went too long. Another great booking that set up what could be a long feud between the two. So far so good with AEW but there gonna have to start giving some of these people some background/personality or they won’t attract a lot of viewers. Also, that SCU promo was awful and came off incredibly fake.

I agree with everything you said here and also think that they have serious in ring work to do to catch WWE.

Funny thing thing is online most people loved the SCU promo, especially the Obama impersonation.

I said it earlier I feel like I've gone back in time. How I have missed "this kind of pro wrestling" not the watered down pg **** that wwe calls wrestling.

That was a great way to end the show. Jack Swagger out of know where was a huge shock. They’re gonna be a serious contender with WWE as long as they keep this up and get some guys to cut some promos that are reminiscent of the attitude era days. I was pretty impressed. I’ll be continuing to watch.

One thing that needs improvement imo is their women's division. Kylie Rae left, Nyla Rose does nothing for me, Riho is good. IMO their best female wrestler Britt Baker was only on commentary tonight. Hope AEW isn't penalizing her because she is Adam Cole's fiancee.

I think they just had to focus on getting key things in place, like titles and the main event scene. I'm sure Baker plays a bigger role next week

AEW doesn't have a PPV between Clash of Champions and HIAC, which is why they're not in the thread title.

From what I've been reading online, NXT absolutely killed it tonight. Looking forward to watching that tomorrow. Not to get too spoilery, but apparently Candace LeRae pulled Shayna Baszler's best match out of her to date.
