I dont know if Im sold on Sony's upper hand in hardware. It still has to produce games that maximize it. They are fairly close in comparison but handle information differently in other ways. Its up to the developers at this point.

When you're using the exact same architecture with both systems(AMD x86-64 APU's) it should be fairly trivial for developers to take advantage of the better GPU and RAM on the PS4 side.

Exactly. Not much difference, especially since games will be ported from one to the other. Exclusives and ecosystems are more important than ever. Launching in the same timeframe means we'll probably see election level propoganda by early fall...

Actually it means differences in the hardware are more easily exploitable, lot easier just to turn the knob up with a nicer graphics card then it is to port over and optimize for a different architecture.
