Yeezus ******, Kanye's new album sucks.

I'm not surprised, but I just wanted to be one of the first to use "Yeezus ******" in a sentence.

Kanye doesn't care about white people.

A lot of the album was produced by Daft Punk...if that tells you anything. I used to love Kayne, but his music f'in blows now.

I just saw one of my friends on FB say they absolutely loved it, but my friend's kind of a toolbox...so that must make you guys pretty de-cent!

:err:..is this the first song you have heard all year?? I'd rather listen to 2 Chainz talk about how his "chain hangs to his dang-a-lang," than this crap. I just listened to the whole album and won't listen to it again. Kanye used to be my favorite rapper, but holy **** this album is dark. The lyrics are so self-centered and just plain moronic. What I would give to go back to Grandmaster Flash, Beastie Boys, old Dre, old Eminem. PLEASE GOD NO MORE OF THIS **** PLEASE!!!!

Hey, if you guys don't like Kanye's new album you should check out this guy I heard the other day called Macklemore. It seems to me like he might be the future of rap. I celebrate the guy's entire collection.

I hear that all of the time. I can't stand it when people--usually bozos who know little about music--praise certain rap music for its "infectious hooks" and "hypnotic loops" that get stuck in the listener's head. What they fail to realize is that you could play ANY short random sequence of noise over and over and over and over again, 2-4 times a bar, and it will get stuck in your head.

Take Lil Wayne for instance, when a guy says that he get's sent a series on beats on cds, and all he does is freestyle over the beats, how is that worthy of respect? How is that worthy of classifying him a "good rapper?" Nevermind his voice makes me want to break my fingers off in my eardrum.

Exactly. People who believe this is the golden age of rap, are either deaf or too young to know what rap really is...err was.
