Not sure where people get this at. All that I've seen is comments that he could play either end--or the three technique in pass rushing situations. Which is the exact same thing as Pierson.

At about 6'3" or 6'4", 250-260, he really doesn't have the frame to back up Cousin at nose tackle, which looks like the biggest need. Or play in the middle on running downs.
Came from an interview of Guy. Said when Ayeni committed he was higher on our board as DE/DT combo so we can celled the visit.

Rumblings that an under the radar juco NT took an OV today. Details are on scout premium board. So apparently we may not be done on DL so maybe just wanted someone more projected at NT?Heard they want Coe to take all his snaps at DT soso would make sense for Depth.

Looks like a distinguished gentleman. Good size. Anyone got tape on him?

Well, I searched "Distinguished Gentleman" and got this film:

J.T. Gray just committed to Mississippi State. Damn

That's fine. We have a good stable of horses and some favorable additions as it stands. RB is NOT an area of great need. Besides, a good RB doesn't get much when he doesn't have a whole lot of blocking ahead of him. We need help in the trenches first and foremost.

He is going to play DB in college.

I'm gonna guess this is our "surprise" under-the-radar player:

No even more under the radar. Surprised nobody saw him. He isn't tall but he is big. The kind of guy who can only play nose. Nothing really out there about the guy and figured maybe we would have heard about a commit by now as we would be the kids first offer (if we offerred this morning). There is a scout article about the best juco DL available that had a paragraph on him yet scout never rated the kid nor did anyone else. Didn't have a ton of tackles seemed to play in a system where his job was to occupy lineman.

So who is left on the table? Gooch announces tomorrow, Gray is gone, Guy is gone?, Harvey visited this weekend, correct?, and Jones probably not, but maybe. Any others?
