We will likely drop out after this week with a bye.

Even if teams ahead of us lose I will bet all of the dollars on getting leap frogged by "others receiving votes" and getting pushed out of the top 25.

harder to leave the poll, then enter it. Very few teams looked sharp week 1.

Not necessarily. If any of the teams above us lose, we might even move up.
Syracuse plays Clemson (if they get blown out they could drop out). Stanford plays @ USC (tough game). Nebraska plays @ Colorado (tough game). There aren't many on the outside that would move up 13 votes either considering Virginia plays a very low tier team, TCU doesn't play, and Mississippi State plays Southern Miss.

Edit:

Syracuse plays Maryland not Clemson. I definitely knew that. Maryland could get an upset though.

21 Syracuse @ Maryland
22- Wash. St vs. Northern Colorado
23- Stanford @ USC
24- Boise vs. Marshall
25- Nebraska @ Colorado

Opportunities for these teams to possibly lose.. Stanford and Nebraska more than the others.

Yes but gameday is usually decided by the time the polls come out I believe

Gameday is usually decided Sunday morning at the latest, polls going forward should come out Sunday shortly after noon.

They sometimes tweet the next weeks location out on Saturday night.

If Nebraska beats Colorado, they will surly move ahead of us.

Virginia plays William and Mary, they are the most likely to “jump” us.

TCU also has a bye, so they won’t.

Mississippi State is an SEC school, so they could. But I’m not sure if a win over S. Miss is enough.

Regardless, even if we do fall out of the top 25 next week, we’ll be right back in if we beat the Hoks.
