Utah State is the only one I trust and that's just because Missouri can't defend at all.I may need to redo my bracket picks for the MW teams.

Nah, actual defense will be played. ASU is a bad shot waiting to happen.Nevada was bad.
But I think TCU will have their hands full with ASU. I thought that was an easy pick with the Horned Frogs.
I've only made one bracket pick so far. Every year these seem harder to pick. Last year was one of my worst performances ever so there is no where to go but up I guess.
Pete only played 3 years (freshmen were not eligible in his era) without a 3-point line and averaged 44 points per game for his career.Man this kid doesn't get it. You finished 14-19 you don't deserve to keep playing.
Davis: Feel 'cheated' out of shot at NCAA record
Detroit Mercy's Antoine Davis, who finished four points shy of breaking Pete Maravich's NCAA scoring record, told the AP he's "upset" about the Titans being denied an invitation to play in the CBI or inaugural College Hoops Postseason 8.www.espn.com

What blows me away about Pete averaging 44 PPG is that I do not even know if I have EVER seen a single player score 44 points in a game. I know that I saw a 43 point game in my first college baskeball game when Reginald King scored 43 for Alabama vs. Virginia in the 1979 N.I.T. Besides that, I might not have ever seen another 40 point game in person, and I have been to a ton of basketball games in the past 44 years. Anybody on here go to the Lafester Rhodes 54 point game? The basic total points comparison isn't close, of course ... Davis nearly twice as many games, plus the boost of 3-point era.
One argument somewhat in his favor -- Maravich attempted 38 field goals per game (his FG% was lower than his ppg average). Davis approximately 20 per game (2's and 3's) ...
Maravich got to the line a lot more, though.
Watched the Lafester game on TV. Pretty sure Grayer hit the mid-40's too. Still an astounding number to average, even if you are chucking up everything. What blows me away about Pete averaging 44 PPG is that I do not even know if I have EVER seen a single player score 44 points in a game.
