I'd be furious if I was a fan there.
He was ******* terrible at Minnesota.
There are way better candidates out there.
That hire makes zero sense. Louisville seems determined to remain terrible.
Came from The Burner. Those two have been mentioned with Okie State for over a week now.
For some reason I have a hard time seeing Steve Alford fitting into the Stillwater Community. Stillwater (with the college) has a population of less than 50K and is an hour from both Tulsa and OKC. It has a very small town/rural vibe to it.
I think the stuff that compelled Wright to call it a career has only gotten worse.
If he couldn't fit in in Iowa City, he won't in Stillwater.
Lots of smoke around Andy Enfield to SMU. That's a pretty big domino.
Alford was in Springfield, Missouri so that is a rural vibe.

DeVries, 48, will make $2.8 million in his first year, which technically begins on April 1, and then $100,000 more every subsequent year. His 2028-29 salary tops out at $3.2 million.
