So…we’re movin’ on up?You forgot about George and Weezy Jefferson.
To the worst #1 seed?

Step back 3!Unnnggggh! Exactly what this team needed.
JJ is big enough to fill the backup 5 spot, depending on matchups. When I saw we had contact with him my first thought was no way we are going to be able to get him. When Michigan entered the picture I thought he gone with the staff connection there.
The only reason why I think Kyle would be better is he has more of an ability to fill in at the 5 which feeds my fetish to see Rock at the 4. Guess I'll have to feed my kink with just my imagination.

Wow, the Big 12 with 1, 2, 3 and 10 and that doesn't include Arizona (18)College basketball rankings: Iowa State lands Joshua Jefferson from Saint Mary's, jumps in Top 25 And 1

This next season will be the toughest/most stressful TJ has had simply because of expectations. Switching from the hunter to the hunted is very challenging. The hype for Iowa State athletics for the 2024-2025 school year is going to be unlike anything I have seen in my 40 years of existence
What’s going on with Arizona? Usually they are major players in the portal and hs recruiting. I haven’t seen much activity from them.Wow, the Big 12 with 1, 2, 3 and 10 and that doesn't include Arizona (18)
No idea, when I was looking at KU/Houston/ISU 1,2,3 I was fully expecting Arizona to be next in the top 10What’s going on with Arizona? Usually they are major players in the portal and hs recruiting. I haven’t seen much activity from them.
Such a good doggie, best of times with the new pup! My three dogs love the couch too!I adopted a pup on Saturday and we just landed Jefferson. This past week has been good!
He’s listed at 6’8” and 220 lbs, but according to Blum on Sunday’s pod, Jefferson said he’s now 6’9 and 240/250, so that should work well with our physical style and the ruggedness of the Big XIIJJ is big enough to fill the backup 5 spot, depending on matchups.
It's what happens when you go to a higher elevation. Less gravitational pull. He’s listed at 6’8” and 220 lbs, but according to Blum on Sunday’s pod, Jefferson said he’s now 6’9 and 240/250, so that should work well with our physical style and the ruggedness of the Big XII
Living in Cedar Rapids I'm already looking forward to the 30 minute drive to Carver next December. Given the overall apathy towards Iowa's MBB team tickets will be cheap and the crowd will probably be over half State fans. Suck it Fran.I’m so fricking excited for basketball season. It’s been a long time that basketball season excitement overshadowed football season. I’m not trying to downplay the football season. I know CMC will deliver another great season for ISU football but I seriously think ISU basketball will be epic next year.
Part of me is also very hesitant because this could be like 2021 football season.
The reason TJ is great is because this idea doesn't exist to him. You don't change anything in your approach unless you find it isn't working. This next season will be the toughest/most stressful TJ has had simply because of expectations. Switching from the hunter to the hunted is very challenging.
My hopes are as high as anyone's and I hope for an amazing season!
Hot with a cyclone blowing in....What's the weather like in San Antonio in early April?
