    Yep, they can play balls to the wall and don't have to worry about in game fatigue or cumulative fatigue from the long season.     Interestingly our 1995/96 team was picked for last in the Big 8. They finished second in the league and won the Big 8 tournament championship. Our 2000 team I think was picked 8th in the Big 12, and we all know what they did. I guess my point is you never know when it is going to be a great...

    and the only titles they have won in the modern era are when the Big 10 did not have a championship game, and they tied for the title. Oh, and most of the time they did not play the team the tied, so they were co-champs.
