    I’m glad the Pats didn’t take the offer. I’d rather have JJ, Turner, and next year’s first rounder, but we’ll see if Maye turns out to be all-world as NE hopes.

    If the Vikes are thinking they may move Jackson to safety, that may have played into their decision too. But the size really impressed them as the Vikes mentioned Jackson’s length over and over.

    Was interested to hear what Trader Rick thought of the Viking draft. Liked the aggressive trade to get Turner and gave the Vikes draft an overall A grade. Rick didn’t address his pre-draft prediction that the Vikes would take JJ (right), and that they would overpay to get him (wrong).

    Most optimistic stat of the day is that the Twins finally get back to .500. Bats are starting to wake up and they should have Correa and Duran back shortly.
