C C Cylax51 Aug 19, 2009 yep, made it myself. The frame is wood (2x3's on edge with 3/8 plywood on the top). the top itself is 1/8" aluminum (doesnt warp when wet). Size is 32"x72" and it breaks in half to fit into a trunk.
