I believe that was said 2015 in his 1st year. Niang was in his last year. Shayok wasn't on the team until 3 years after that. The offense and defense was fully changed to Prohmball by then

Prohm's biggest mistake outside of wasting too much time on Lard was to not stray much from Hoiball. It was Fred's biggest mistake his first years at Nebraska as well. He has since changed. And as we can all see...........TJ incorporates NONE of it.

The Hoiball we all knew and loved for a few seasons wasn't sustainable without not only the talent......but the chemistry of a Morris, Long and Niang. When it was new and shiny....oh what a thing. When coaches learned how to defend........not so much. Prohm failed with it and Fred failed his first years at Nebraska.

Current reported contact list:

Minnesota’s Pharrell Payne
Colorado’s JVonne Hadley
Geo Mason’s Keyshawn Hall
SDSU’s William Kyle III
OSU’s Eric Daily Jr.
St Mary’s Joshua Jefferson
If a Hadley announcement is imminent, is Kyle the last homerun signing?

Would really like to see us get a more athletic four. But this is a lot of size to play with (plus Jackson and Rock) if we want to do more small line up. And gives some time for Rock to further develop (if needed - seems no one really knows who he is progressing at this point).

Seems ok for depth? 39% from 3 2 seasons ago, but dropped way down to 27% last year. Prob not a true stretch 4, but solid depth piece with 2 yrs to play.

Hopefully this doesn’t mean we’re out on Kyle or some other impact post player??
No, this is the guy I've been saying you bring in when you have an extra scholarship. Makes no sense to bank scholarships anymore so bring in a guy that in the best case can give you 8-10 mins/game of height and fouls, and worst case gives you a strong practice squad member.

He will likely sub for Milan when we need to stay big, besides the 5 spot.
