    Re amenities, I'm as lost as you are. More is obviously better, but I don't get how they are transferred between cities. I think trade routes might help distribute them, but I'm not sure. Re pillaged tiles, check the build tab for the affected city. If it's a district that has been pillaged...

    Bayou beer garden is probably my favorite bar in town, and in the back they have a bunch of TVs. If I wasn't working, that's where I would watch the game. Just a head's up though, they're predicting rain Wed-Sun.
