    Fourth Down Defense

    Opposing offenses have gone 1-7 on 4th downs in the last three games. Cant speak highly enough of this defense. When their back is against the wall, they have come through. In case anyone is wondering, ISU's offense has gone 4-5 during those same 3 games. Equally as impressive.

    By my math, ISU has outscored its Big 12 opponents 261-156 so far this season for a difference of +105 points. Maybe a better stats person can see how this compares to the past few years but its got to be up there in Iowa State history.

    Steve Prohm Report Card thus far
