    New wrestling facility put on hold - Jamie Pollard statement

    I didn't see anything in the new facility that was a need. The Russians train in dungeons with a mat, some weights, pull up bar, and a climbing rope. Our first world problems are what they are.

    What can y'all tell me about this Nichols guy cash flowing Iowa's facilities and athletes right now? Even T. Boone Pickens money dried up for Oklahoma State. Imagine if Oklahoma State played the long game and took every dollar Pickens gave them, invested it, and operated off of the interest?

    I guess my point is, particularly at HW, you don't want to recruit the guys that have already reached their ceiling because the rest of the field will catch up to them as they get older.

    You have to be ready to physically and mentally die for yourself and others in order to get through BUDS. Turns out only 15% of the people that enter BUDS (already a biased subpopulation) are willing to do that for that level of military service.

    Coaches are inherently biased. I don't see why they need to be involved. I could be wrong, but I do not think the seeding committee JP is on for MBB has coaches involved.
