    I have been wanting to reseed portions of my lawn here in Ankeny, but the weather has been so wonky lately that I have been afraid to do it. Can one of the CF master horticulturists please give me the okay to do so? Or do I need to keep waiting for this never-ending winter weather to end...

    I am looking at buying a lot in a development in the coming weeks and finding someone to build a home on it this spring. If I buy the lot with a typical mortgage, do I later get a separate mortgage loan or is there some maneuver where the lot gets paid off and absorbed into the later...

    Wizard World Comic Con Des Moines---worth it?

    I have never been to the DSM comic con. Is it worth my time? I have zero interest in getting any autographs. Are there lots of vendors selling comics/TCG's? Is there other stuff to do? Any examples? Thanks

    Insurance Agent Question

    I have met life for home/auto and my insurance agent quit the business. His office closed and I was transferred to some agent I don't even know outside of DSM. I want to keep met life but transfer to a more local agent (prefer Ankeny). Is there any CF agents that do met life?

    So I am visiting the Twin Cities tonight and listening to local sports radio. Some random person calls in and asks the host what he thinks about the Cyclone's chances against ND. That was fun to hear far from home. What were the chances the caller is a regular CF poster?

    Things to do around Vail/On the way to Vail

    Heading to Vail Colorado in a month for a conference. I've been there twice before and I'm looking for other cool things to do/see within an hour or two of that area. Unfortunately, because of a temporary health issue, I can't really bike or hike. Any ideas? Thanks.

    I just found out I need to go to Vegas in two weeks for a wedding. Is Allegiant the best way to go from DSM? Any other suggestions? I don't fly very often.

    I like how the advertisement on cyclones.com says that only a limited number of MBB $99 tickets remain. I hope that is true. Hilton is a really special place when it is full.
