    Why I love Iowa fans

    Because they are so predictable. We have team day at the office on Fridays. Not a single stitch of Hawkeye apparel to be seen. The few I've talked to claim they didn't know there was a game tonight and aren't interested in watching.

    Thanks Mizzou

    Tailgating Saturday was my best opposing stadium experience ever. People were constantly stopping us and thanking us for making the trip. Everyone was welcoming and good natured. Made the long drive worth it even though my team failed to show up. Thanks Mizzou fans.

    Des Moines punks on Judge Pirro

    Was watching that today (don't know why) and saw a case was on with two guys around 19 years old from Des Moines. One kid clocked the other in the back of the head with a full bottle of wine at a Kum and Go. They were making Iowans proud I tell ya.

    The Fighter

    Anybody else get a chance to see The Fighter? I caught it over the holidays. I was really impressed. What a good movie. The fight scenes were more realistic than any I've seen. Christian Bale should get an Oscar.
