    The percentage is a likelihood of the temperatures being higher. It's saying that they are quite certain (70% - 80% certainty) that the temperatures will be above normal. It's not indicating how much above normal, just that it's quite likely to be above normal.

    And I think I read somewhere that they ran into heating concerns after switching to LED lighting. Basically the new lights didn't give off nearly as much heat, so the building-heating assumptions were no longer valid.

    From what I've heard, the issue is the compressed air that's used to actuate controls in several buildings. It's not the power supply or the AC compressors at the buildings themselves.

    My wife and I did our wills in ~2018 and this was our experience. $500 for both wills and we had a couple meetings with the attorney as part of that process. No recurring cost, and only future cost would be potentially for modifications.
