I read a few days ago that many were expecting Ole Miss to get an NCAA smackdown. I think this is even more of an excuse for the NCAA to come down hard.

If the pick is Treadwell I'm A-OK. Ideal outcome for most Vikings fans was either Doctson or Treadwell. I definitely didn't expect both to be on the board at #23. There was always a chance that neither of them would still be available.

Treadwell is there if they want him. I'll be incredibly happy if they grab him.

you wouldn't because it's easier to find a quality runningback in the second/third round than it is finding quality defensive/offensive linemen.

That said, they're set on the o-line and there wasn't an obvious d-linemen that they passed on.

Yeah, but the elite ones are still very valuable if you want to run the ball. Sure, it doesn't make sense for NE but for the Cowboys, it sort of does. I don't think he's as good as everyone else seems to, but I think he's the best in the class.

likely because of the Bengals sitting right behind them. If the pick is Treadwell, the Vikes couldn't fall back and still hope to get him.

I'm glad Treadwell was the 4th WR taken. That contract will be easier to take as a fan if even if he's a bust and will look like a steal if he's as good as Mel Kiper says he is.
