If "Field of Dreams" is protected by trademark or copyright (I'm not sure which would apply), I doubt it's owned by anyone in Dyersville. It's either free to use or it's owned by someone related to the movie and they probably wouldn't care if it's in Dyersville or Birmingham.

Well that part is true. More Louisiana on that but it's excepted in Bama also. Google Shane Gillis age of consent and every time I hear that comedy it reminds me of Louisiana, Bama, and Mississippi.
