I'd look at repair or resurfacing options instead of replacing it. A little pitting isn't hurting anything, cracking and crumbling is when I would consider replacing. Even cracks aren't bad if you seal them up promptly. If you are in the DM area try calling The Driveway Company and get them to inspect it and give you some options.

You could get the results you want with epoxy for a lot less. You might even like the look better if the pitting bothers you that much.

Buy a new house. You will remember this situation and never be able to get it out of your head. Best to start new.
