That looks great. Please put pics of the brisket later.

I have ribs in the fridge with a dry rub. They will be put on a little later.

We had BBQ pork (in three styles/sauces) from "home raised" hogs and it had sweet subtle flavors most pork today seems to lack. If you can get your hands on some "free range piggies" that ate apple cores, dandelions and sweet corn along with other good feed, try it.
