Yes, a list of top 10 D -line prospects in a sate with a population of 13 million people. First I was impressed that he is a 2 way player in a large High School. Also, I like the mentality that usually comes along with the DE position.

From DeLaSalle High School in Chicago, just across the Dan Ryan Expressway from White Sox Park. I love tough, south side, Catholic school kids. Makes me think of Notre Dame's pipeline back in the day.

I wouldn't worry about that. This staff has done a good job at finding under the radar talent (Mike Rose and Tavonne Kyle come to mind). As the year goes on, I wouldn't be surprised to see him pick up more P5 offers.

Or as we used to call it "Circle Campus." The only university named after a highway interchange.

I used to call it the only school named after a roadway, but then I moved to Iowa and learned about I-35 High School!

I was over 40 when we moved to Ames in 2003! My wife worked at UIC when we met in 1989.

I think people still call it circle today. Maybe it's just because I'm from a family of South side lifers who went there.
