Any one having problems with H&R Block Delux + State

I completed everything but when I hit file I was notified I needed an updated Social Security worksheet co0mpleted and next update was 2/3
Nothing today and told next update is 2/17
Has any one experienced this hold up?

I did my taxes with that exact product nearly 2 weeks ago when I got my W2. I got my Federal Refund yesterday, and the State accepted it on Monday.

Nope, I have a family friend who is a tax attorney, he does it all for me.

This cannot be a system wide problem....people would be really pissed, as I am. Getting no help from company either.
