Nice to send MU to the SEC with another loss. Would have liked it to have been a little more pronounced, though.

23-25, 25-12, 28-26, 25-20. It took four. We started slow, and if it wasn't for Petersen, who had tons of energy and helped spark the team, we would have lost. Jenson was off in the first couple sets. Matlock wasn't playing well until the 4th set. Straube, hit and miss. Hurtt played a lot, but missed and/or was blocked a lot it seemed, even with all her kills. Willms didn't play. Wondered if she's hurt?

Not a great night against a team in the lower half of the league. Especially, after we dominated them in Ames. Makes me wonder, who did they play to get all their wins?

Couldn't believe K-State beat OU, without Pelger, either.

Missouri did beat Oklahoma at home, and CJL said Mizzou did get better. But I also thought we had a off night. In the third set, Mizzou had like 3 chances to win the set and in set four, Mizzou was up like 19 to 17, but we rattled off 7 points.

Peterson definitely played awesome and I thought Hurtt played really good. (Willms wasn't playing good and Hurtt got a chance and she took advantage of it)

Even though I think we could have played better, they do say "good teams find a way to win"

Willms has been struggling a bit as of late which is why Hurtt has been in more. To my knowledge, she is not injured.
Carly did have an off night - much of which was due to Mizzou focusing on shutting her down. They were able to have some success in that, but it opened the door for Peterson to have a huge night.
