A couple friends and I are making our 1st trip to the b12 tourney.

We are curious if it is better to buy nose bleeds now or buy tickets “on the street”. Anyone have any experience/opinions?

TIA

My best bargains have come from buying tickets from fans of teams who just lost who were hanging around Power & Light

Depends on how much you're willing to spend. If KU/ISU/KSU are still in the tournament, ticket prices can get steep. I've got all session nosebleeds the past few years and enjoyed the security of having tickets in hand no matter what and not having to deal with the stress of buying. But I've also been in the nosebleeds my whole life, so I'm good as long as I'm in the building.

If you're comfortable with scalpers and have some cash, street purchases are definitely available.
