With Barrett officially out for the year and OSU with only 1 quality win.....does the committee remove them from consideration of final 4?

I hope so

Reminds me of the Cinncinati player (at least I think it was them) that had their star player go down at the end of the season and they woild have been a clear 1 seed in the tournament. I think they dropped to like a 3 or 4.

They shouldn't.

Now about the play off so Miss St looks like they are going to lose, So TCU or Baylor??

I think this will pretty much keep OSU from jumping anyone ahead of them. And if Baylor beats K-State next weekend, they will jump OSU as well.

If Mississippi State loses, it will basically come down to TCU and Baylor for the 4th spot (assuming Alabama, Oregon, and Florida State all win this week and next, which isn't guaranteed either).

Keep in mind this assumes Ohio State wins next weekend.

I don't think they should be penalized either for having one guy go down. But they still have to win next weekend.

If Ohio St. wins out, I don't feel like they should get in the playoff. They were likely going to get rolled anyway, but now on their 3rd string QB, they won't be able to score.

With FSU and Miss St potentially losing I could maybe see keeping OSU for a spot and one of TCU/Baylor

Everybody changes the channel from ESPN to CBS to see if a different Top 4 team will lose today

Baylor up 45-40 on Texas Tech with 8:00 left to play... Can Tech pull it off?
