Anyone been out to Saylorville this week or Red Rock? I know they are both high and full of debris, but the brother is still hell bent on going, How many ramps are open at Saylorville, do you have a recommended time to get on the water?

Boating on the Fourth sucks. To many BLAMOS at the boat ramps trying to get into the water or out. I try to stay away from the lakes during the holiday weekends, at least there is one less BLAMO there.

You will have to get to Saylorville early. Last year we headed over around 8 am. The lower parking lot at Cherry Glen is still under water which greatly reduces the number of parking places. Once the parking lots are full, they will turn you away.
