I've only been to these and this is just based on beer not atmosphere of their tap room:

1. Lion's Bridge(Majestic Beast IPA)
2, Big Grove(Zadar! Milk Stout)
3. Backpocket (Copper Coin Helles)
4. Millstream (Island Monster Milk Stout)

This would be maybe a lot easier with a poll.

Backpocket 5
Big Grove 1
Clock House idk
Granite City 6
Iowa Brewing Company 2
Lion's Bridge 7
Millstream 4
Quarter Barrel idk
Stone City idk
Thew Brewing (opening soon) idk
Third Base Brewing 3

Not a big fan of Lions Bridge. Workmans Comp is amazing, but the rest is meh or worse.

1. Third Base (they make the best beers in CR at the best prices. The problem is the taproom is just a sports bar and you never know what they have on tap until you get there and their best stuff (NE IPAS, Adjunct Stouts) are not always present.)
2. Lion Bridge (Great atmosphere, fantastic food, good beer variety)
3. Big Grove (Fantastic food, solid beer selection)
4. Iowa Brewing Company

If someone could consistently put out a quality juicy IPA in CR, they would run the town. I firmly believe that.

I haven't found a Millstream beer that I think is anything more than average.
Have not been to: Clock House, Quarter Barrel, Stone City or Thew.
Granite City has delicious food. Not too impressed with the beer.
Backpocket has only made 1 outstanding beer - their fifth anniversary stout. The rest is pretty meh.

Not sure how anyone can 'rank' a beer that has not yet been released to the public.
Beers I've personally experienced:
1. Iowa Brewing.
2. Big Grove (in Solon, have not visited their IC location)
3. Third Base (specialty beers and Black Cobra only - other beers rank much lower BMO).
4. Kalona (brewing as tasted in cans and bottles that have made it to CR)
5. Millstream (beers on tap only, not bottled, and yes, they could do better)
6. Lion Bridge (not Lion's Bridge).
7. Quarterbarrel (fun place, a couple of serviceable beers, terrible and overpriced food)
8. Backpocket (not the IC location) - don't know why it hasn't failed yet.

Have not had any Clock House (and have not heard of anyone in face to face conversations who have had any of their beer).
Thew Brewing... Ummm, as far as I know, they have not opened, so no chance to review.,
