This is the fan vote that gets a lot of publicity. There's also the coaches and player votes which happen later. Kene has over 3 times as many returns as Patterson and hasn't missed any games. Patterson's RB time gives him a higher profile (as I'm assuming KC's Pachehco is benefitting from that bump), but players and coaches cut through that noise somewhat.Now I don't fully understand how pro-bowl selection works, but isn't Atlanta's Patterson going to get the NFC returner spot? I don't think he would make it as a running back.
