Anyone heard how Ant has looked otherwise? That seems like a strong showing otherwise last night. Does he have a legit shot at making that team?
They have a bunch of underwhelming options for the 2nd starting safety. I think he is still a long shot.
I only caught the fourth qtr last night but he had a nice game and the announcers even said at the end “we’ve been saying this guys name all night.” I though he looked good in the action I’ve caught but admittedly don’t follow the packers.
My Packer buddy said the signed some veteran safety and if he is the starter, my buddy would be extremely disappointed. I have read a few articles mentioning four or five different safety options that did not include Johnson.
Would think some strong showings will help him and maybe force their hand. Kind of like Hummel with the Rams.
