AMES, Iowa-Iowa State (7-5) returns home to play host to Albany (5-6) in the first of three consecutive home non-conference contests before beginning Big 12 play. ISU, winners of four of its last five games, has won three consecutive non-conference home games. The Cyclones are coming off a successful run in the 2007 Findlay Toyota Las Vegas Classic, finishing second in the eight-team field with wins over Bethune-Cookman (80-57), Texas Southern (79-55) and Purdue (83-80). ISU fell to Alabama (83-68) in the championship game.
