We got that one right. Our dedicated answer-writer-downer person started to write gopher after someone else said it and I said "Look at the tail - that's a beaver. It's Oregon."
Let's see if I can remember... there was the diamond emoji which we interpreted directly as "Diamond State", which is Arkansas (their answer was the "Gem State", Idaho); there was the one with two mountains which we interpreted as "Rocky Mountain State", Colorado (their answer was "Mountain State", West Virginia); and I don't recall the third one now. I'll come back and edit this if I can figure it out.
Edit: Now I remember - it was the one with the three trophies, pointing out the golden one. We said "Golden State", California. I can't even recall what they had as the answer, but we got that one accepted, also. Ended up with 10/10 in that round, thanks to the challenges.
Second edit: Looks like "Diamond State" is not the official nickname of Arkansas. It's the Natural State (really?). Although, there used to be diamond mines in Arkansas and it has been referred to as such unofficially. Delaware is the official "Diamond State". This stuff is kind of the reason I didn't like the category a lot. Many states have multiple nicknames, some only regionally known, many unofficial. It was a good concept, but not executed well, imo.
