This will change by the time next season rolls around but I would expect FSU and Bama to go into next year 1/2

Kind of surprised at UCLA at #7 at first, but on second thought I don't know who I would move them ahead of. Maybe Michigan State.

It's really hard to rank teams like LSU. They recruit extremely well but for the second year in a row they're being absolutely gutted by players leaving early.

Wisconsin loses most of the receivers and pretty much their entire front seven.

South Carolina was a really good team when Shaw was healthy. They were pretty average when someone else was playing quarterback.

Maybe I'm crazy but I think Texas will be a top 25 team next year. I also think Michigan will be pretty good next year as well.

Only two I that I question are Florida and Ole Miss. a and M if Johnny football leaves is not 25 but we don't have an official word yet. Actually surprised they didn't include Mizzou.

I'd put Missouri in South Carolina's spot and then bump down each SEC into the next SEC's spot, properly ejecting Florida completely out of the rankings. 4-8, with the only wins being against bad teams and losing 7 straight to end the season (including losing at home to Georgia Southern)? If they come in ranked then so should we.

What is the love for Iowa? the only thing I see is their easy schedule. don't they take a huge hit on defense?

they lose 5 starters on this years defense and three on offense. I thought the same thing as you until you look at what everyone else is losing that was on that list.

Stunned at those choices. No Texas Tech or Oklahoma State? And I actually expect Texas to be easily back in the T25, especially over Florida! I know it's too early but what a dumb list.

They have to come up with something to keep the SEC relevant and the Big 12 down.

This is a bad post, unless I'm missing the joke. "Keep the SEC relevant"? They went 7-3 in bowl games (two of the losses were to #1 and #6) and had 7 of the final AP top 25, including 4 of the top 7. They have won 7 of the last 8 BCS national titles. I hate the way they operate (oversigning, lax on academics and character, etc.) as much as anyone, but to deny they are easily the best football conference is idiotic.
