The college football post season is essentially worthless now because there are 1000 bowl games. This is doing the same thing to the NCAAs.

There is something perfect about the way the NCAA tournament currently is.

That is a horrible idea. Way too many teams, it wouldn't be an honor anymore. The only expansion that I would like is adding 3 more teams. If you are going to have a play-in game to face a #1 seed then there should be one for each region.

I actually think it should be reduced from 65 to 64 even if it cuts another at-large berth out. The NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament is the best thing in all of sports in my opinion because every team no matter how good or bad needs to win the same number of games to reach the Final Four and win the Championship. The upsets, the emotion, the drama -- absolutely amazing!

I love the way the tourny is set up right now. Everyone has a shot at making the Tourney, and I think this would ruin the moment a little bit. 96 teams is a bit much.

This would result in the regular season not having as much meaning or value since it would become so much easier to get to march madness

Add 2.5 more rounds and let everyone in. It would only require one additional weekend, and the top 64 teams would get to play at home in that "opening" weekend.

I have to think that if the NCAA wanted an 8 team play-off in D-1 football we'd have one. They talk about having 96 teams in the basketball tournament but can't have more than 2 in football. Fits right in to the lunacy, greed and hypocricy that is the NCAA.

This. I hate that they added the play in game to keep the same number of at large bids. That is a joke. Keep it at 64.
