Records aside, I don't think tOSU is even number two. The way USC handled Michigan (who almost beat tOSU on their own field), I think they're a better team as well. I'd even put LSU and BSU (as much as I despise them) above Ohio State.

The highest OSU should be ranked is #3 or #4. No way the team I saw last night(on highlights of course because I have mediacom(for now) and my wife was out of the house last night so I couldn't take 3 kids under 7 to a sports bar and watch it) with a total offense of 74 yds even deserves to be in the top 5 in my opinion.

Someone please tell me why TWO 2-loss teams are ranked ahead of BSU??? That's terrible.

LSU beat a over-rated ND team...that get's them ahead of Boise State?

Polls are junk.

Yeah, I'm surprised OSU was #2, yet it would've been tough to take a team that was ranked #1 all year and lose to the #2 team too far down in the rankings.

Too much emotion, bias, etc - goes into the rankings. Good teams get beefed up to be more than they are and other good teams get overlooked.

Obviously the Bucknuts wouldn't have been #1 all year if they would have played someone. They are just fortunated they are part of the Little 11 this year.

Oh well, at least they set one record in the game last night. 74 yds of total offense is at #1 for BCS bowls. Not all is lost for OSU fans

My vote would look like this:
1. Florida
2. USC
3. LSU
4. Boise State
5. OSU

I think both LSU and USC would've laid a similar beat-down on the Bucks.
