Again, a great finish. Let's keep getting solid recruits and building a program that consistently gets to the top!

I was a bit disappointed in losing in the tournament this year, it appeared to be an easier route to the finals than we've seen in a long time. But I guess that's why you play the games.

Anyhow, congrats and keep up the good work coach Christy!

Not bad. Up there with some heavyweights. That makes sense, since we are one now.

Behind Florida State is appropriate. Painful, but appropriate.

Look at some of the heavyweights that we finished ahead of:

Penn State
Florida
Nebraska
Stanford

These teams may be in rebuilding years, but nothing to shouch about when finishing higher than powerhouses like them. I like where our VB and FB programs are going....

Of course the ideal outcome would have been to have won it all, but a top 10 finish is solid and nothing to sneeze at. I'm pumped for the future of this program.

Congrats ladies! Nice finish and great accomplishments for team and coach. Reading the write-up, one thing that stood out for me was:

Academically, the Cyclones set a school record with 10 players named as Academic All-Big 12 selections, including eight first team awards.

That's on a roster of 15 ladies. That's impressive.
