Didn't know Grayer had a kid playing college basketball. Jaire Grayer and George Mason are currently on ESPNU playing against Oklahoma State. Grayer is #5 in green. He's a true freshman who has 10 points so far.

-Wasn't sure what category to post this on.

This become the de facto Friday's game thread.

Butler vs Temple. Butler destroyed two teams, but look not very top 25 today vs a weak Temple team.

Oklahoma State up 48-46 with about 4 minutes left. They are without Forte and another starter in Hammonds. Shine is also out. Grayer has a game high 17 points.

Grayer is on fire!

Is he a late blooming freshmen??? Yahoo site says he didn't commit until August this year.

Didn't Grayer have twin sons? Not sure I have that right. If so, wonder where the other one is playing.

Okie St didn't look good yesterday either. Olivier and Newberry are their only reliable scorers.

Looks like Okie state and texas Tech will only be average. Chalk up four wins.:swoon:

On to FSU vs Hofstra. I could be wrong but I think Florida St is expected to be a tourney team this season. I know they have had a good recruiting class.

I think the Big 12 is taking a step back this season. I think it is more top heavy with only 4-5 solid teams. TCU may move up quite a bit.

Wish we had signed him just on genetic potential. Those of you who never had the chance to see Jeff Grayer in person really missed out. Silky smooth but powerful athlete.

Big 8 tourney dunk over Greg Dreiling was epic. Dude was silky and a MAN. I had great times watching his/our teams.
