Happy Independence Day!
Have decided to dump all scheduled activities and take the dog to a friend’s house in the country where they promise no fireworks. And he absolutely loves cows.
He’s not as scared of fireworks as the last dog but neighbors shot them off for two straight hours last night as close to our property edge as they could get.
He whimpered the whole time, his ears hurt so bad. I don’t suppose Bose makes noise canceling headphones for dogs? Spent two hours this morning filling six of those Menard’s buckets with the trash in our yard so he doesn’t consume the chemicals and metals.

Among the sad people who have to work today. Figures that we were slow Saturday and Sunday which I also worked and today we are getting slammed.
