Click on "User CP" towards the upper left part of the page, then under "Your Control Panel", click "Edit Avatar". From there, copy/paste a web address of the picture, or upload one on your computer with the "Browse" button.

I'm really not, that picture of me is really just a joke picture that I took right before I tried out for MTV's Real World (I tried to portray a tool). I don't ever go out like that with the fohawk and collar popped while wearing shades inside. It's just a funny pic I think, I put it up b/c the ISU flag in the background looks cool.
