This was last years fattie, going to try and make another one this year with a few small changes. The cheese didn't melt as well as I had hoped.

I've never made one of these, but I have had them and they are Amazing! We had a parent that would make them for the coaches for the Saturday morning of the big Wrestling Meet we hosted... There is nothing not to like about this.

The OP's food looks delicious. I don't take pictures of my food because presentation is not my strong point. But Saturday night I made fish tacos with homemade salsa and vegan slaw with cuban rice and black beans. Last night was Moroccan pork and asparagus served over basmati rice.

I'm a little restricted with what I can make right now because my eight month old has a dairy and egg allergy, so until she's done breastfeeding my wife is also dairy and egg free.

Thinking of making this for myself on Father's Day (suppose the family could eat too) - Steak Alfredo Pasta. If I don't make this, thinking of making Olive Garden's steak gargonzola pasta.

Anyone have suggestions on the best way to cook steak for a pasta dish? Cook it whole then cut or cut it/marinate the pieces, then grill it?
