I've ordered 5 dells in the past 3 years and haven't had a single service call except when my keyboard went bad -they had it replaced in two days.

DVD's work great and I absolutely love the tv tuner on my XPS with the 22' LCD monitor. DVD's are nice as well.

I asked the AI NOAA robot at the state fair why he had a Mac attached to his back, and the crazy machine went on a tirade about the Dell previously running the show. That robot hates Dell more than most people.

This proves Robots have deep feelings also.

Dell has good deals. My only problem I had been with the support. After I paid for their extended warranty then I became their best friend.
