MLB: Iowa Cubs are not to be taken lightly

Here is an article I wrote about the I-Cubs that I thought you might all enjoy since its local news.

I really think this is going to be an awesome season and a record breaker for the team. Although maybe never sold out like when Wood or Prior always came, more often that not, I expect crowds to be larger than ever.

As a Sox fan, I truly did enjoy going to an I-Cubs game. I'm hard pressed to root for Cubs farmhands, but it was a pretty cool gameday experience.

I know, just being a local baseball fan, it makes you want to go out and see a good quality baseball game. There's not much buzz now, but I really see it getting hot come July!

Of course, if Chicago keeps playing like the are the last two games, all the good players will be taken from Iowa.

I really hope they have a good season. Last year was tough.
